中医护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医护理联合运动疗法对糖尿病视网膜病变患者焦虑抑郁情绪、应对方式及生活质量的干预效果。方法选取糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者予以运动疗法+常规护理干预,试验组予以运动疗法联合中医护理,干预后比较2组患者临床疗效、焦虑抑郁情绪评分、应对方式评分及生活质量评分。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分较低,PC评分较高,NC评分较低,远视力/移动/光感、阅读和精细动作、日常生活能力、日常生活能力较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统护理方式相比,中医护理联合运动疗法对糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理效果好,能有效缓解焦虑抑郁情绪和消极应对方式,使患者处于积极应对方式状态,从而显著提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with exercise therapy on anxiety and depression,coping style and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given exercise therapy and routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given exercise therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.After intervention,the clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression scores,coping style scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher.After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score were lower,the PC score was higher,the NC score was lower,the distant vision/movement/light perception,reading and fine movements,daily living ability and daily living ability were higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional nursing methods,TCM nursing combined with exercise therapy has better nursing effect on diabetic retinopathy patients.It can effectively alleviate anxiety,depression and negative coping styles,and make patients in a positive coping style,thus significantly improving the quality of life of patients.
