酸枣仁汤足浴和足底穴位按摩干预对改善肿瘤科患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察酸枣仁汤足浴和足底穴位按摩护理干预对改善肿瘤科患者睡眠质量的效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年1月在我院肿瘤科的60例住院患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予一般护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上增加酸枣仁汤足浴和足底穴位按摩优质护理干预,2周后用PSQI睡眠质量调查表和Epworth嗜睡评分表对比患者睡眠质量情况,计算数据统计分析。结果2组患者研究前PSQI睡眠质量评分和Epworth嗜睡评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组实施足浴和足底按摩护理干预后2周,患者的PSQI评分优于干预前的和对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的日间嗜睡情况也明显改善,Epworth嗜睡评分与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过酸枣仁汤足浴和足底按摩护理干预可改善患者睡眠质量,对于提高肿瘤科患者生活质量和治疗效果有重要意义,值得推广使用。Objective To oberseve the effect of foot bath with Suanzaoren decoction and foot massage in the treatment of insomnia in oncology patients.Methods 60 cases of patients were random divided equally into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given nursing intervention,while patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention combined with Suanzaoren decoction and foot massage.Related indicators such as Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Epwoth sleepiness scale were observed in both groups and statistical analysis was made.Results There were no significant difference in PSQI and Epworth sleepiness scale between two groups before study(P>0.05).Two weeks after nursing intervention of Suanzaoren Decoction and foot massage in observation group,the PSQI score of the patients was better than in control group(P<0.05).The daytime sleepiness of the patients in observation group was also significantly improved,and the difference of Epworth sleepiness score between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with Suanzaoren decoction and foot massage has a good nursing effect for insomnia in oncology patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
