摘　　要：近年来随着生活方式的改变,动脉粥样硬化速度加快,冠心病的发病率逐年上升,由于治疗不及时及不规范等原因,其死亡率也逐年上升,成为危害人体健康的主要心血管疾病之一,因此早期诊断和防治非常重要。冠心病的主要治疗方法有药物治疗、经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和冠脉搭桥手术等。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)包括经皮冠状动脉球囊血管成形术(PTCA)和冠状动脉支架植入术(ICS)等技术,是由心导管技术疏通狭窄甚至闭塞的冠状动脉,使血流顺利通过,改善心肌供血,增强心脏功能的一种方法。由于科学技术的进步,其并发症逐渐减少,与冠脉搭桥术(CABG)相比具有微创性和安全性,已成为中重度冠心病患者的首选治疗方法之一。In recent years,with the change of lifestyle,the speed of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is accelerating,and the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is increasing year by year.Due to the untimely treatment and non-standard reasons,the mortality is also rising year by year,becoming one of the major cardiovascular diseases that endanger human health.Therefore,early diagnosis and prevention are very important.The main treatment methods of coronary heart disease include drug treatment,percutaneous coronary intervention and coronary artery bypass grafting.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)including percutaneous coronary angioplasty(PTCA)and coronary stent implantation(ICS),is a cardiac catheterization technology to dredge narrow or even occlusive coronary arteries,so as to smooth the flow of blood,improve myocardial blood supply and enhance cardiac function.Due to the progress of science and technology,its complications are gradually reduced.Compared with CABG,it is minimally invasive and safe,and has become one of the preferred treatment methods for patients with moderate and severe coronary heart disease.
