急性左心衰竭患者床旁肺部超声积分与E/E’比值的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨床旁肺部超声积分与E/E’在急性左心衰竭患者中的临床意义以及相关性。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年1月EICU收治的急性左心衰竭患者56例,记录床旁肺部超声8区B线积分,根据床旁超声检查患者二尖瓣舒张早期血流速度峰值(E)以及二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度峰值(E’),计算E/E’比值,评价肺部超声积分与E/E’比值的相关性。结果急性左心衰竭患者床旁肺部超声积分与E/E’的比值无相关性(r=0.145,P=0.285)。结论床旁肺超声B线积分与E/E’比值在急性左心衰竭时均具有诊断价值,但二者的相关性弱。Objective To investigate the clinical significance and correlation of bedside pulmonary ultrasound score and E/E'in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods 56 patients with acute left heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The B-line score of 8 areas of bedside pulmonary echocardiography was recorded.According to the peak mitral diastolic velocity(E)and mitral annulus early diastolic velocity(E')examined by bedside echocardiography,the E/E'ratio was calculated,and the correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score and E/E'ratio was evaluated.Results There was no correlation between bedside pulmonary ultrasound score and the ratio of E/E'in patients with acute left heart failure(r=0.145,P=0.285).Conclusion The B-line score and E-E'ratio of bedside lung ultrasound have diagnostic value in acute left heart failure,but the correlation between them is weak.
