摘　　要：目的分析改良式低位产钳术对产妇产后感染和新生儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月本院接收的80例产妇,按照随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采取传统会阴侧切低位产钳术助产,观察组采取改良式低位产钳术助产。观察两组产妇分娩期综合指标、产后感染情况及新生儿免疫功能。结果两组第二产程时间对比差异无统计学意义,观察组产时出血量、产后出血量及住院时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇感染率为27.5%,明显低于对照组的47.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿lgG、C3、C4比较差异无统计学意义,观察组lgA、lgM明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式低位产钳术助产,可有效降低产妇出血量,减少产后感染,缩短产妇恢复时间,提升新生儿免疫功能,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of modified low forceps on puerperal infection and neonatal immune function.Methods From February 2017 to June 2019,80 cases of parturients received by our hospital were included in the study.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group was 40 cases.The control group was assisted by traditional low forceps with lateral episiotomy,and the observation group was assisted by improved low forceps.To observe the comprehensive index of parturient period,infection and immune function of newborn in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the second stage of labor.The amount of hemorrhage at birth,postpartum hemorrhage,and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The infection rate of the observation group was 27.5%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(47.5%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in LgG,C3 and C4 between the two groups.LgA and LgM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved low forceps delivery can effectively reduce the amount of maternal bleeding,reduce postpartum infection,shorten the recovery time and improve the immune function of the newborn,which is worthy of clinical reference.
