体外电场热疗联合透明质酸酶注射治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体外电场热疗联合透明质酸酶注射治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年3月在本院接受治疗的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合体外电场热疗和透明质酸酶注射治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、盆腔炎包块直径、积液深度、炎症因子水平以及疗效。结果观察组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤细胞因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组;观察组治疗后VAS评分、盆腔炎包块直径和积液深度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论体外电场热疗联合透明质酸酶注射治疗慢性盆腔炎患者效果显著,可减少炎症反应发生,促进盆腔积液的吸收,进而改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the efficacy of in vitro electric field hyperthermia combined with hyaluronidase injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group combined with external electric field hyperthermia and hyaluronidase injection on the basis of the control group.The visual analog scale(VAS),pelvic inflammatory mass diameter,effusion depth,and inflammatory factor levels and efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor cytokine-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The VAS score,diameter of the mass and the depth of the effusion in the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%higher than that of the control group of 70.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion External electric field hyperthermia combined with hyaluronidase injection can effectively treat patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,reduce the incidence of inflammatory reaction,promote the absorption of pelvic fluid,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
