复方木尼孜其颗粒联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究口服复方木尼孜其颗粒联合外用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年7月本院门诊诊治的160例轻中度寻常痤疮患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组,各80例。治疗组口服复方木尼孜其颗粒联合外用克痤隐酮凝胶,对照组外用克痤隐酮凝胶,疗程共8周,疗程结束后对比观察两组疗效。结果治疗组有效率76.25%,对照组为42.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率8.75%,对照组不良反应发生率5.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论口服复方木尼孜其颗粒联合外用克痤隐酮凝胶治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效较好,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical value of Compound Muni Ziqi granules plus external application with Kecuo Yintong gel in slight and moderate Acne.Methods 160 cases of slight and moderate acne vulgaris patients treated from January 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital were selected,randomly divided into two groups,with 80 cases in each group.The study group took Compound Muni Ziqi granules plus external application with Kecuo Yintong gel.The control group just took external application with Kecuo Yintong gel.Duration of treatment was 8 weeks.The therapeutic effect was probed.Results The total effective rate in the study group(76.25%)was significantly higher than the control group(42.50%)(P<0.05).The adverse event rate in the study group and control group was 8.53%and 5.00%,without significant difference.Conclusion Compound Muni Ziqi granules plus external application with Kecuoyintong gel can remarkably increase the therapeutic effect,worth clinical promotion.
