综合性护理对腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者术后疼痛程度及并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者使用综合性护理后的术后疼痛程度及并发症的发生情况。方法选取2017年3月~2019年6月本院就医的100例行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者,均分为2组。比较两组患者在术后的疼痛缓解程度以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者在术后的疼痛缓解程度明显优于对照组。与此同时,观察组患者术后并发症的发生率与对照组相比也明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的患者,采取综合性干预的护理方式,能够有效的缓解患者在术后的疼痛程度,降低并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze the degree of postoperative pain and the occurrence of complications after comprehensive care for patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.Methods 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair who came to our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were divided into 2 groups.The degree of postoperative pain relief and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.At the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,a comprehensive intervention nursing method can effectively relieve patients'postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
