摘　　要：目的探讨对急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者采用循证护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院在2018年5月~2019年5月收治的102例急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者,均分为2组。对两组患者护理后的临床效果进行观察比较。结果研究组患者卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,心律失常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者采用循证护理,减少了患者的卧床时间和住院时间以及心率发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Methods 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups.Observe and compare the clinical effects of two groups of patients after nursing.Results The bed time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of arrhythmia was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion By adopting evidence-based nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia,the patients'bed time,hospital stay and heart rate incidence are reduced,which is worth clinical promotion.
