喙锁韧带重建术与锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对肩锁关节脱位患者的锁骨钩钢板内固定和喙锁韧带重建术的效果进行分析和比较。方法:回顾性选取2017年1月~2018年12月某院收治的70例肩锁关节脱位患者资料,根据不同治疗方式分为观察组40例和对照组30例,观察组患者采取袢钢板喙锁韧带重建术治疗,对照组则采用锁骨钩钢板内固定术进行治疗。结果:通过术后1年的随访,观察组总优良率达到97.5%,显著高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);观察组患者在术后随访半年和1年时的JOA评分明显要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过袢钢板喙锁韧带重建术治疗肩锁关节脱位患者的1年优良率明显更高,且患者JOA评分显著提高。Objective:To analysis and compare the effects of coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction and clavicular hook plate internal fixation in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:The data of 70 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation combined with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction,while the control group was treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation.Results:After one year follow-up,the total excellent and good rate of the observation group was 97.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group was 73.3%(P<0.05).The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)at six months and one year follow-up.Conclusion:The one-year excellent and good rate of acromioclavicular dislocation patients treated by clavicular hook plate internal fixation combined with coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction is significantly higher,and the JOA score of patients is significantly improved.
