注射用血凝酶联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿上消化道出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对注射用血凝酶联合蒙脱石散在小儿上消化道出血治疗的效果进行研究。方法:利用随机法在某院2016年10月~2018年10月所诊治的小儿上消化道出血患者中抽取100例作为研究对象,随后按照临床治疗方法差异而将他们平均分成实验组和对照组。实验组50例小儿上消化道出血患者临床治疗上采取注射用血凝酶联合蒙脱石散,对照组则采取注射血凝酶,且两组治疗时间均为1周,最后通过统计实验组与对照组治疗总有效率、不良反应率这两项指标判断哪种方法效果更优。结果:实验组治疗总有效率(96%)与不良反应率(10%)均明显优于对照组(68%、18%),同时两项指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿上消化道出血治疗中采取注射用血凝酶联合蒙脱石散不但能够取得较为理想的效果,并且也有助于减少患者不良反应。Objective:To study effect of hemocoagulase for injection combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children.Methods:100 children with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in a hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to the difference of clinical treatment methods.Experimental group were treated with hemagglutinin for injection combined with montmorillonite powder,while control group were treated with hemagglutinin,both groups were treated for one week.Finally,the total effective rate and the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group and the control group were counted to determine which method was more effective.Results:The total effective rate(96%)and adverse reaction rate(10%)of experimental group were significantly better than control group(68%and 18%).Meanwhile,the difference between two indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Injection hemagglutinin combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children can not only achieve better results,but also help to reduce adverse reactions of patients.
