综合护理模式对恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛疾病患者放疗过程中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疾病患者放疗过程中开展综合护理模式效果。方法:纳入2017年1月~2018年12月收入恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疾病放疗患者共计84例,按照随机数字排列表法分为对照组与观察组各42例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合综合护理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前两组疼痛评分差异无意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为7.14%低于对照组19.05%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者放疗期间开展综合护理模式,能有效缓解患者疼痛程度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with malignant tumor bone metastasis-associated pain during radiotherapy.Methods:84 malignant tumor patients with bone metastasis underwent the radiotherapy from January 2017 to December 2018 in a hospital were selected and randomly assigned to control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with routine nursing;On the basis of the former,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing interventions.The nursing effect was compared.Results:Before intervention,pain scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention,pain scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing can remarkably reduce the pain degree and complication rate,which is worth popularizing.
