摘 要:介绍了带式输送机储带仓的功能结构及受力情况,分别对张紧装置、储带仓转向架侧面无螺栓联接和有螺栓联接两种工况进行了受力分析,并对地脚螺栓组进行了强度校核。通过计算可知,侧面无螺栓联接工况地脚螺栓强度不满足设计要求,须将张紧装置、储带仓转向架侧边与临近一节储带仓架用螺栓进行联接,通过联接其地脚螺栓满足了强度要求。The function,structure and stress condition of loop take up(LTU)of belt conveyor had been introduced,and the stress of tensioning device,side bolt-free connection and bolt connection of the LTU had been analyzed,and the strength of anchor bolt-set had been checked.The calculation showed that the strength of anchor bolt-set under the condition of side bolt-free connection can not meet the design requirements.It is necessary to connect the tensioning device,the side of the LTU with the bolts used in the adjacent frame of LTU,the strength requirements can be met by connecting the anchor bolt-set of the LTU.
