摘 要:针对煤矿井下用防爆柴油机存在噪声大的问题,分析了防爆柴油机表面声强法的测量原理及方法,并在此基础上进行了表面声功率的计算。另外,通过噪声源的识别,确定了防爆柴油机的油底壳和喷油泵是主要的表面噪声源,这对煤矿井下用防爆柴油机的降噪工作有现实意义。Aiming at the problem of loud noise of explosion-proof diesel engine in coal mine,the measuring principle and method of surface acoustic intensity method for explosion-proof diesel engine had been analysed.On this basis,the calculation of surface acoustic power had been carried out.Through the identification and analysis of noise sources,it was shown that the oil chassis and fuel injection pump of explosion-proof diesel engine were the main surface noise sources,which had great significance for the noise reduction of explosion-proof diesel engine used in coal mine.
