摘 要:针对煤矿防爆柴油机车辆的废气排放差,尤其是冒黑烟的问题,提出了一种实用且有效的方法,即在防爆柴油机的油箱中加入柴油添加剂,通过与柴油充分融合,使防爆柴油机充分燃烧,其防爆车辆运行4~8 h后,在怠速、空转高速及满负荷高速3种工况下进行现场测试。测试结果表明该防爆车辆CO的排放量减少了20.0%~34.5%,烟度也得到一定程度的降低,减排效果明显,对改善煤矿井下的工作环境及降低井下作业人员职业病的风险有着重大的意义。Aiming at the problem of exhaust gas emission from explosion-proof diesel engine vehicles in coal mines,especially black smoke,the practical and effective method had been put forward,which was adding diesel additive into the fuel tank of explosion-proof diesel engine vehicles,fully fusing with diesel oil,so that explosion-proof diesel engines could be fully burned and the explosion-proof vehicles could be idled after running for 4~8 h.Field tests had been carried out under three working conditions:high speed,idle speed and full load speed.The test results showed that the CO emission of the explosion-proof vehicle decreased by 20.0%~34.5%.The smoke also decreased to a certain extent,and the emission reduction effect was obvious,which had great significance to improve the working environment and reduce the risk of occupational diseases of underground workers.
