互联网视域下中国传统养生文化的创新译介路径探讨

摘　　要：在互联网时代,文化信息资源的推广、获取与利用变得更为便捷多样。弘扬中华养生文化,让更多民众通过参与养生运动实现身心健康发展,是译介工作者翻译养生文化的根本目的。文章以传统五禽戏为例,在把握传统五禽戏养生文化译介现状的基础上,深入阐述了华佗五禽戏养生文化理论的译介精髓,提出了中国传统养生文化创新译介路径,即基于中华养生文化的诠释建构深度翻译,准确通俗诠释五禽戏功效、动作与禁忌,利用视频动画增强文本译介的生动性和真实感。In the internet era,the promotion,acquisition,and use of cultural information resources have become more convenient and diverse.Promoting the Chinese health culture and allowing more people to achieve sound physical and mental development through participation in health campaigns is the fundamental purpose of translators in translating health culture.This paper,taking the traditional five-animal exercises as an example,based on grasping the current status of translation and introduction of the health culture of the traditional five-animal exercises,expounds the essence of the translation and introduction of the health culture theory of the five-animal exercises created by Hua Tuo.Innovative translation and introduction path of Chinese traditional health culture is proposed,that is,in-depth translation should be constructed based on the interpretation of Chinese health culture,the effects,acts,and taboos of the five-animal exercises should be accurately and popularly interpreted,and the vividness and realism of text translation and introduction should be enhanced by the use of video animation.
