摘　　要：文章采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以视频助理裁判(VAR)系统为切入点,探讨VAR系统对足球运动发展的影响。研究表明:VAR系统的介入,一方面,限定裁判员的话语权和权威性,影响了赛事的流畅性、连贯性、观赏性,并需投入更多的运营成本与经费等。另一方面,又规范了裁判员的自由裁量权、树立了良好的体育道德风气、保证了足球赛事转播质量、实现了足球赛场内外共赢并推动了体育科学技术发展。建议今后应在提升VAR系统专业水平、完善VAR系统规则体系、健全VAR系统问责机制、促进VAR技术成果转化等方面加强研究。This paper,mainly using the methods of literature,logical analysis and so on,taking the Video Assistant Referee(VAR)system as the breakthrough point,discusses the influence of VAR system on the development of football.Research shows as follows:the intervention of VAR system,on the one hand,limits the referee’s right of speech and authority,affects the fluency,coherence and appreciating nature of the game,and needs more investment in operating costs and funds;on the other hand,it also standardizes the referee’s discretion,establishes a good sports ethics,guarantees the quality of the football match broadcast,and realizes the win-win goal in and out of the football field and promote the development of sports science and technology.In the future,we should improve the professional level of the VAR system,perfect the rule system of the VAR system and the accountability mechanism of the VAR system,and promote the transformation of the technological results of the VAR system.
