摘　　要：职业健康服务管理是一种基础性的企业社会责任,同时又具有公共性特性,将其置于组织场域理解能更好地解决其在发展过程中出现的难题。在职业健康服务管理组织场域中,各主体能围绕职业健康服务管理发挥各自的功能,在相互依存和支持中实现资源合理配置和利用,促进职业健康服务管理社会责任目标的良好实现;更重要的是可以建立一种职业健康服务系统各主体间相互依存、发挥各自功能并协调合作的关系模式。在用人组织承担相应责任的基础上,政府应担负起公共性部分的责任,同时注意通过政策、资金等多种方式广泛促进第三方社会组织的参与。Occupational health service management is a basic and public corporate social responsibility.Understanding it in the organizational field can better solve the problems in the development process.In the organizational field of occupational health services management,each subject can play its own functions around occupational health services management,realize the rational allocation and utilization of resources in mutual dependence and support,and promote the good realization of the social responsibility goal of occupational health service management.More importantly,it is possible to establish a relationship model in which all subjects of the occupational health service system depend on each other,play their respective functions and cooperate in a coordinated way.On the basis that the employing organizations assume corresponding responsibilities,the government should also assume the responsibilities of the public part,and pay attention to promoting the participation of third-party social organizations through policies,funds and other means.
