寒温并用法治疗输卵管积水和盆腔包裹性积液的临证思考

摘　　要：基于《重订通俗伤寒论》“六经为百病所有”的观点,以及《胡希恕伤寒论讲座》“六经辨证是对疾病病位病性的高度概括”的启发,彭卫东教授提出从病位和病性两方面辨证,以寒温并用为基本大法,并重视脾胃功能,选用半夏泻心汤合四妙散加减为主方,并内外并施,用自拟盆腔消结方蒜泥封包外敷下腹部及中药灌肠,联合氦氖激光,治疗输卵管积水、盆腔包裹性积液。诸法共奏寒温并用、清热利湿、化瘀消积止痛之功,具有起效快、临床疗效显著的特点。Based on the“Revised Popular Treatise on Febrile Diseases”view of“The Six Classics are owned by all diseases”,and the inspiration of“Hu Xishu’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases”—“The Six Classics Syndrome is a high-level summary of disease position and disease nature”,Professor Peng Weidong put forward the differentiation of syndromes from the two aspects of disease position and disease nature,taking the combination of Cold and Warm as the basic law,and attaching importance to Spleen and Stomach function.Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus Simiao Powder was added and subtracted as the main prescription,and applied internally and externally.The self-made Pelvic cavity elimination formula garlic paste was applied externally to the lower abdomen and the traditional Chinese medicine enema,combined with helium-neon laser,to treat tubal effusion and pelvic cavity wrap effusion.All the methods possessed the functions of Cold and Warm,clearing away Heat and Dampness,removing Blood stasis and eliminating pain,and had the characteristics of quick onset and remarkable clinical effect.
