浅述李良主任医师从肝阳上亢论治盗汗病的经验

摘　　要：盗汗病作为一种临床常见病,严重影响患者的生活质量。历代医家对盗汗病的研究从未停止。近年来,随着中医对盗汗病的探讨越来越深入,发现单纯益气养阴治疗盗汗病,临床效果并不明显,而从中医五脏相关论治盗汗病,效果颇佳。通过大量临床经验总结,李良主任提出,肝阳上亢是盗汗病的重要病机之一,用平肝潜阳法治之,药用天麻钩藤饮加减,在临床中取得了满意的疗效。Night sweats,as a common clinical disease,seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The study of night sweats has never stopped.it was found that the treatment of night sweats by simply nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin,the clinical effect is not obvious,while from the traditional Chinese medicine of the Five Internal Organs related theory to treat night sweat disease the effect is quite good.Through the summary of a large number of clinical experience,Director Li Liang proposed that hyperactivity of Liver-Yang is one of the important pathogenesis of night sweats,and the treatment of calming the Liver and suppressing Yang such as addition-subtraction of medicinal decoction Tianma Gouteng Yin has achieved satisfactory results in clinical practice.
