“大智移云”时代创新型会计人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：随着"大智移云"时代的到来,会计行业迎来了极大的冲击和挑战。当前我国高校在会计人才的培养上还存在诸多的问题,高校会计教育必须要加快改革创新的进程,不断探索和优化教学模式与方法。本文研究与分析了"大智移云"背景下我国高校会计教育的现状及问题,通过会计人才培养目标重构,从课程体系、教学方法、教学评价以及师资队伍建设等方面,系统地探讨了会计人才培养路径及政策建议,以顺应新时代与技术变革对创新型会计人才的培养需求。With the emergence of the"Great Wisdom Moving Cloud"era,the accounting industry has ushered in great challenges.At present,there are still many problems in the cultivation of accounting talents in colleges and universities in China.Accounting education in colleges and universities must accelerate the process of reform and innovation,and constantly explore and optimize teaching models and methods.The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the current situation and existing problems of accounting education in China's colleges and universities under the background of"big wisdom propelling clouds".Through the reconstruction of accounting talent training objectives,the accounting talents training path and policy recommendations are systematically discussed from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and faculty construction,so as to meet the needs of the new era and technological changes for the cultivation of innovative accounting talents.
