无卤阻燃聚苯乙烯保温板生产工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了在发泡聚苯乙烯表面包覆无卤阻燃有机-无机复合材料并制备保温板的工艺方式和工艺参数,重点研究了预发泡温度和时间对于聚苯乙烯珠粒的直径和密度以及对聚苯乙烯保温板压缩强度和导热系数的影响。制备了氧指数为30.5,压缩强度为205 KPa,导热系数为0.039 W/(m·℃)的阻燃保温板。In this paper,the process and parameters of coating halogen-free flame-retardant organicinorganic composite material on the surface of expanded polystyrene and preparing thermal insulation board were studied.The effects of pre-foaming temperature and time on the diameter and density of polystyrene beads and on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of polystyrene thermal insulation board were studied.The flame-retardant insulation board with oxygen index of 30.5,compression strength of 205 Kpa and thermal conductivity of 0.039 W/(m·℃)was prepared.
