摘　　要：针对社会对PVC保鲜膜中两种主要物质:一是VCM[氯乙烯单体],二是DEHA[二(2-乙基己基)己二酸酯]具致癌可能性问题,提出了食品级PVC保鲜膜配方设计,及采用集专业化、智能化、自动化一体的加工工艺及设备。根据《食品用塑料自黏保鲜膜》的国家标准要求,对食品级PVC保鲜膜配方改良设计。并以实际生产为出发点,对采用正确加工工艺设备加工出安全的食品级PVC保鲜膜应用流程及详细步骤进行了说明。In view of the two main substances in PVC plastic wrap:VCM(vinyl chloride monomer)and DEHA(DI(2-ethylhexyl)adipate)are carcinogenic,the formulation design of food grade PVC plastic wrap is proposed,and the processing technology and equipment integrating specialization,intelligence and automation are adopted.According to the requirements of the national standard of plastic cling wrap film for keeping fresh of food,the formulation of food grade PVC plastic wrap is improved and designed.Taking the actual production as the starting point,the application process and detailed steps of the safe food grade PVC plastic wrap processed by the correct processing technology and equipment are described.
