摘　　要：目前,我国的档案管理业已走上信息化、数字化的道路。文章从阐述档案数字化的重要意义入手,分析档案数字化外包存在的风险与原因,从完善规章制度、加强安全监管、强化保密要求和提升人员素质四个方面提出档案数字化处理外包风险的防控措施。At present,the archive management of our country has been on the road of informatization and digitalization.This paper elaborated the significance of archive digitalization,then analyzed the risks of archive digitalization outsourcing and causes behind it,finally put forward some preventions and control measures for the risks from four aspects,including improving the rules and regulations,enhancing the safety supervision,strengthening the confidentiality requirements and improving the quality of archives digitalization processors.
