巡视整改工作低水平重复精准治理对策研究

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央不断强化党内监督,充分发挥巡视利剑作用,在形成震慑的同时,始终强调用好巡视成果、狠抓整改。在广泛调研的基础上,对巡视整改过程中出现低水平重复问题的表现类型进行总结,深度剖析问题产生的主观和客观因素,并结合实践经验精准施策,提出解决巡视整改过程中出现低水平重复、实现整改工作高质量发展的对策建议,重点探索构建全面、科学、可操作性强的巡视整改工作量化考核指标体系,以期对巡视整改效果进行全面客观评价,切实提高整改实效。Since the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has been strengthening the supervision inside the party and bringing to full play the inspection.With deterrence established,importance has been attached to better use of inspection results and further implementation of rectification.Based on extensive research,this paper summarizes the types of low-efficiency repetition problems in the process of inspection and rectification,gives a thorough analysis of possible subjective and objective factors that may result in the problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems and to realize high-quality development of rectification,and explores to build a comprehensive,scientific and operable quantitative assessment index system for inspection and rectification,so as to conduct a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the effect of inspection and rectification and improve the rectification efficiency.
