刘安谋反案“疑点”辨析及判断——兼与马庆洲先生商榷

摘　　要：古今学者对刘安谋反案多有质疑。结合刘安时代的社会政治现实和司马迁的治史思想来分析,《史记·淮南衡山列传》重在反映“推恩令”对诸侯国的影响和汉代酷吏“深穷治狱”的办案手法,以此达到“通古今之变”的目的。刘安谋反案中所谓的“疑点”都有合理的解释,整体上说不是一件冤案。但刘安也确实有一些冤枉的地方,这一点主要体现在汉代酷吏“深穷治狱”的办案过程上。Some researchers questioned Liu-an’s rebellion.Combined with the social and political reality in the period of the Han Dynasty and Si-maqian's historical thought,ShiJi tended to show the effects of Tui-en policy and the handling tactics of the case.The doubtful points of Liu-an’s rebellion have reasonable explanation.The case was not an injustice.However,in terms of the handling tactics of the case,Liu-an’s case was unjust somehow.
