摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,根据少狮的动作特点,运用运动人体科学相关知识,对北狮少狮技术动作及其教学效果进行分析。认为少狮技术能够提升练习者的身体素质。本文旨在为促进舞狮运动进一步发展提供有效借鉴和泰考。In this paper,the methods of literature review,questionnaire and data statistics are used to analyze the construction of technique system and teaching effect for lion dance according to the characteristic of tiny north lion dance and body movement theory.This paper holds the idea that physical quality of the trainer can be improved by practicing tiny lion dance and aims at offering referenee for its further development.
