摘  要:针对河钢唐钢FTSR产线酸洗板生产过程中存在的表面质量问题,从形成机理入手,分析了表面麻坑和色差缺陷的成因。认为麻坑缺陷主要由氧化铁皮压入造成,与加热工艺、除鳞装置有一定关系,色差缺陷由热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮结构不均匀造成。通过优化加热制度、调整除鳞工艺参数、提高酸洗速度、控制热轧温度,有效解决了酸洗板表面麻坑和色差缺陷,可为同类产线的酸洗板生产提供经验。In view of the surface quality problems during the production process of pickling plate in FTSR production line of HBIS Tangsteel,the causes of surface pockmarks and color difference defects are analyzed from the formation mechanism.It is considered that the pockmark defect is mainly caused by the pressing of iron oxide scale,which is related to the heating process and phosphorus removal device;and the color difference defect is caused by the uneven structure of iron oxide scale on the surface of hot rolled strip.By optimizing the heating system,adjusting the dephosphorization process parameters,increasing the pickling speed and controlling the hot rolling temperature,the defects of pockmarks and color difference on the surface of pickling plate are effectively solved,which can provide experience for the pickling plate production of similar production lines.
