摘　　要：针对现有轴承摩擦力矩试验机无法满足圆锥滚子轴承大载荷测量要求的问题,开发了针对圆锥滚子轴承的摩擦力矩性能的专用试验机。经实际应用表明,该试验机(型号:TBFT-1A)结构紧凑,操作简便,且测值直观,准确,可靠,满足了国内轴承生产和使用企业对轴承摩擦力矩越来越高的测量要求。In view of the problem that the existing bearing frictional torque test machine cannot meet the measurement requirements of large load of tapered roller bearings,a special test machine for the frictional torque performance of tapered roller bearings has been developed.The practical application shows that the test machine(model:TBFT-1A)is compact,easy to operate,and the measurement value is intuitive,accurate and reliable to meet the higher and higher measurement requirements of domestic bearing production and use enterprises for bearing frictional torque.
