摘  要:矿热炉中电极的消耗一直是人们关注的重点,电弧侵蚀造成的电极消耗占主要部分,由于矿热炉在运行过程中环境复杂,无法直接测量。因此文章以基本传热学原理为出发点,建立了电弧对自焙电极阴极斑点的侵蚀模型,并将其运用到整个电弧运动区域,从而评估电极消耗的总量。并利用Visual Studio编写了电极消耗计算软件,预测电极在各时刻的消耗量。The consumption of electrodes in submerged arc furnaces has always been the focus of peoples attention.Electrode consumption caused by arc erosion is the main part.However,in the operation of submerged arc furnaces,the environment is complex and direct measurement is not allowed.Therefore,according to the basic heat transfer mechanism,this paper establishes the erosion model of arc on the cathode spot of soderberg electrode.And it is applied to the whole arc movement area.Finally,with the visual studio software,the total consumption of electrodes under the action of electric arc is evaluated.
