摘　　要：分析图书馆依托联盟开展海丝文献资源共建共享的必要性和可行性,以FULink平台为中心展开研究,论述"怎么共建"和"如何共享"问题.在资源共建过程中,各参与馆应秉持共同理念,遵守统一标准,建立科学的协调运行机制和完善的激励机制来促进和推动;在资源共享方面,要摆脱传统观念的束缚,积极运用新技术新方法,建立完备的管理体系和完善的共享促进机制来保障.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the library to carry out the co-construction and sharing of Haisi document resources,relying on the alliance and discusses“how to co-construct” and“how to share”,treating FULink platform as a center.It proposes that in the process of resource co-construction,all participating libraries should adhere to the common idea,abide by the unified standard,establish a scientific coordinated operation mechanism and perfect performance evaluation system to promote co-construction and in terms of resource sharing,the shackles of traditional concepts should be eradicated,new technologies and methods be actively used,a complete management system and a perfect sharing promotion mechanism to ensure sharing be established.
