摘 要:为研究棒磨砂-全尾砂混合骨料胶结充填体强度形成过程中水泥掺量、料浆质量浓度及棒磨砂占比对充填体强度的影响,在对充填材料进行物化性能分析的基础上,基于最大密实度理论确定了棒磨砂-全尾砂配比;随后基于响应面法研究了水泥掺量、料浆质量浓度及棒磨砂占比对不同龄期充填体抗压强度的影响规律,并建立了各养护龄期胶结充填体强度响应面回归模型,为矿山的混合骨料充填配比设计提供了科学的方法。研究结果表明:胶结充填体抗压强度不仅受单一因素影响,因素间的交互作用对抗压强度也有显著的影响。料浆质量浓度与棒磨砂占比的交互作用对早期强度具有显著影响,水泥掺量与棒磨砂占比对中期强度影响显著,而水泥掺量与质量浓度的交互作用对充填体后期强度具有显著影响。以金川二矿区为工程背景进行混合骨料胶结充填体配比参数优化,得到一组最佳充填配比参数,经试验验证其满足二矿区对充填体强度的需求。In order to study the effect of cement content,mass concentration and rod scrub on the strength of the filling body during the formation of the mixed aggregate cementing body strength,based on the analysis of the physicochemical properties of the filling material,it was determined the rod scrub/full tailings ratio based on the maximum compactness theory.Then,based on the response surface method,the effects of cement content,mass concentration and rod scrub ratio on the compressive strength of different ageing fillings were studied,and the strength response surface regression model of cement fillings in each curing age was established.It provides a scientific method for the mixed aggregate filling design of the mine.The results show that the compressive strength of cemented backfill is not only affected by a single factor,but also the interaction between factors has a significant effect on the compressive strength.The interaction between mass concentration and rod scrub has a significant effect on early strength.The ratio of cement content to rod scrub has a significant effect on medium-term strength,while the interaction between cement content and mass concentration has a significant effect on the late strength of the filling body.Based on the engineering background of Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area,the optimization parameters of mixed aggregate cementing fillings were optimized,and a set of optimal fil-ling ratio parameters were obtained,and the test is verified to meet Jinchuan Mine strength requirements.
