摘 要:为了探讨含锌球团的较佳还原工艺,本文首先对内配碳含锌球团进行了脱水抗压试验,得出较佳的球团烘干条件:烘干温度200oC,时间120 min。并在1200℃下进行了球团还原试验得出球团较佳的直径及质量参数:球团直径12 mm,球团质量20 g。In order to investigate the reduction behavior and optimum reduction process of zinc-containing pellets,the kinetic analysis of the reduction of zinc-containing pellets in the inner carbon is firstly carried out.It is concluded that the main limiting factors in the middle and late stages of the reaction are carbon gasification rate.The reaction rate at the interface of the zinc-containing pellets and the later diffusion.Then through the pellet compression test and pellet reduction experiment,the best pellet drying conditions and reduction conditions are obtained:drying temperature 200℃,time 120min,reduction temperature 1200℃,time 25min,pellet diameter 12 mm,pellet quality 20 g.
