摘　　要：膝骨关节炎(KOA)严重影响患者的活动能力与生活质量。在参考国内外KOA指南的同时,结合中国的循证医学、疾病及患者状况、临床特点,以及中西医康复科专科特点,推出适合中医药发展的KOA康复临床实践指南。体现了辨证论治的特色和优势,内容主要基于循证医学原则及中西医文献依据分级标准并结合专家共识、专家论证、同行征求意见、临床评价等,按照临床诊疗指南编写规则编写。本指南对KOA的康复诊疗流程进行了规范,其中康复评定分为全身整体评定、膝关节局部评定、膝关节常用评价量表3个部分,治疗分为基础治疗、中医及物理治疗、非甾体抗炎药治疗、关节腔内注射疗法及手术治疗5个部分,并阐述各种治疗方法的适应证及推荐级别,旨在为康复科、中医骨伤科、中西医结合骨科、中医科、针灸科、推拿科、风湿免疫科等相关临床医师提供康复诊疗指导和参考。本指南具有较好的临床适用性、安全性及有效性。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)seriously affects the activity ability and quality of life of patients.Referring to the KOA guidelines both at home and abroad,and combining the evidence-based medicine,disease and patient status,clinical characteristics,as well as the characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation specialty,this study proposes KOA rehabilitation clinical practice guidelines suitable for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The guidelines embody the characteristics and advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The contents are mainly based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and the classification criteria of Chinese and Western medicine literature,combined with expert consensus,expert demonstration,peer consultation and clinical evaluation,and compiled according to the rules of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines.The guidelines standardize the process of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of KOA.The rehabilitation assessment is divided into three parts:general evaluation,local evaluation of knee joint and commonly used evaluation scale of knee joint.The treatment is divided into fire parts:basic treatment,traditional Chinese medicine and physiotherapy,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs treatment,intra-articular injection therapy and surgical treatment.The indications and inferences of various treatment methods are elaborated.Recommendation level is designed to provide rehabilitation guidance and reference for clinicians in rehabilitation department,orthopaedics and traumatology department of traditional Chinese medicine,orthopaedics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion department,massage department,rheumatism and Immunology department.The guidelines have an advantage of good clinical applicability,safety and validity.
