摘  要:作为新一代半导体光源,包括发光二极管(LED)和激光二极管(LD)在内的固态照明(SSL)光源已广泛应用于汽车大灯。SSL光源具有使用寿命长、体积小、转换效率高、低电压的直接供电等优点。本文分析了车灯用LED和LD的封装级结构,指出了其结构对散热性能的影响,发现固晶层(DA)和陶瓷基板对SSL光源的热性能有显著影响。根据模组封装的实际结构,对SSL光源模组进行了精细化的建模,并将其应用于CX53型前照灯的整灯热分析;根据模拟结果中各部件的高温点位置,利用热电偶、数据采集器等测试仪器对CX53型前照灯进行测试。通过对实验和仿真结果的对比分析,发现精细的SSL光源结构建模可以提高前照灯的热设计分析精度。As the new generation of semiconductor lighting source,solid state lighting(SSL),including LED and laser diode(LD),has been widely used in automotive headlamps.SSL has the advantages of long life,small size,high conversion efficiency,low voltage direct power supply,and etc.Firstly,this paper analyzed the package-level structure of LED and LD for vehicle lamps,indicated the influence of the internal structure of SSL on its heat dissipation performance,and found that the Die Attach(DA)and ceramic substrate have significant influence on the thermal performance of SSL.Secondly,based on the actual structure of the module package,the SSL module was meticulously modeled and applied to the whole lamp thermal analysis of CX53 automotive headlamp.According to the location of the high temperature point of each component in the simulation results,the CX53 headlamp was tested by thermocouple,data collector and other test instruments.By comparing and analyzing the results of experiment and simulation,it is found that fine structure modeling of SSL can improve the thermal analysis accuracy of headlamps.
