摘 要:光与情绪波动存在一定相关性,重视教室健康光环境的研究,对促进学生情绪调节具有重要意义。本文回顾了国内外关于教室光环境的研究成果,分析了光照影响学生心理与情绪的理论基础,并结合情景照明研究动向,总结了教室光环境对学生情绪影响的研究进展。光照与情绪相关性的研究成果将为未来的教室采光与照明研究提供宝贵建议,力求通过深入研究创造更有益于改善学生情绪的健康光环境。There is a certain correlation between light and mood fluctuation.Developing research on healthy light environment in classroom plays a significant role in promoting students’mood regulation.Based on the research results of classroom light environment both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the theories of students’psychological and emotional impact of light.It also concluded the research progress on the influence of classroom light environment on mood with a combination of situational lighting study.The research results of the correlation between light and mood will provide valuable suggestions for future classroom daylighting and lighting research,and strive to create a healthy light environment which is more conducive to improving students’mood regulation through in-depth research.
