摘　　要：本文对石油化学装置保温结构失效原因、保温层下腐蚀机理进行分析,总结保温材料选择、保温结构设计、保温结构优化的经验,给出保温结构完整性管理的思路,为保温层下腐蚀管控提供参考。This paper analyzes the failure reasons of thermal insulation structure and the corrosion mechanism under the thermal insulation layers of petrochemical plant.Summing up the experience of insulation material selection,thermal insulation structure design and insulation structure optimization,the idea of thermal insulation integrity management is given,which provides reference for corrosion control under insulation layer.
