摘　　要：文中介绍了新钢低合金高强钢HC420LA的生产工艺流程,并对研制开发过程进行总结。研究通过合理的成分设计,采用固溶强化、细晶强化为主要强化手段,向钢中加入可以阻止奥氏体长大、推迟奥氏体再结晶温度以及增加铁素体形核率的合金元素;通过合适的生产工艺控制,如采用大压下量轧制破碎原奥氏体晶粒、增加未发生再结晶奥氏体内的变形带、加大冷却速度及降低卷取温度等,最终获得晶粒尺寸均匀细小、力学性能稳定的产品,成功开发出汽车用低合金高强度冷轧钢带HC420LA,满足了用户对汽车用钢的要求。The production and development process of HC420LA high strength low alloy steel in Xinsteel are introduced and summarized respectively in this paper.With reasonable composition design,solution strengthening and grain refinement strengthening are adopted as the main strengthening means,and alloying elements,which can prevent austenite growth,delay austenite recrystallization temperature and increase ferrite nucleation rate,are added to the steel in this study.The appropriate production process control,such as breaking the original austenite grain by high reduction rolling,increasing the deformation in austenite without recrystallization,increasing the cooling speed and reducing the coiling temperature,are also adopted in this study.Finally,the products with uniform and fine grain size and stable mechanical properties are obtained,and HC420LA of high strength low alloy cold rolled steel strip for automobile is successfully developed,which meets the requirements of users for automobile steel.
