摘  要:传统酸洗生产线高能耗,高污染。新设计生产线从酸洗分级处理工艺、分级漂洗工艺、磷化在线除渣工艺、酸雾自动捕捉系统4个方面进行了全新的设计,从预酸洗到高浓度酸洗的分级处理,确保了酸液的高效使用,实现了废酸的零排放;分级漂洗工艺从水平衡角度进行控制,实现了废水的零排放;在线除渣系统极大地提高了磷化效率,降低了人工频繁清渣作业强度;酸雾自动步骤系统实现了酸雾的全收集,规避了酸雾对空气的污染。通过以上4个方面的优化设计,使整个生产线达到了高效环保的目的。Given the fact that the traditional pickling line features high energy consumption and pollution,a new product line was designed in the aspect of pickling classification treatment,rinsing classification,phosphating slag removal,and automatic acid fog capture system.Via pre-pickling and high-concentration pickling treatment,the acid was utilized with higher efficiency and the goal of waste acid zero-emission was achieved.No waste water was produced by conducting rinsing classification process that was controlled by water balance.The phosphating efficiency was largely improved and the intensity of manual slag removal was reduced through slag removal system.The acid mist could be completely collected by the automatic capture system so that the air pollution could be avoided.Therefore,by optimizing four aspects mentioned above,the product line features the characteristics of environmental protection with high efficiency.
