摘  要:褐煤的含水量较高,如果在燃烧之前不进行干燥,燃烧所得的热量会被褐煤燃烧时产生的水蒸汽吸收,排烟热损较高,因此电厂无法得到较高的热效率。褐煤预干燥之后再进行燃烧,内部的水蒸汽对燃烧效率的影响就会变小,并能很大程度降低引风机、送风机、制粉系统的损耗,提高锅炉热效率。本文通过对褐煤预干燥方案研究,旨在为现有火电机组燃用褐煤提供预干燥方案和经济性参考。Lignite has a high water content,so if it is not dried before combustion,the heat of combustion will be absorbed by the steam generated when lignite is burned,and the heat loss of flue gas is high,so the power plant cannot obtain high thermal efficiency.After the lignite is pre-dried and then burned,the effect of the internal water vapor on the combustion efficiency will be reduced,which can greatly reduce the losses of the induced draft fan,blower,and pulverizing system,and improve the boiler thermal efficiency.Through the project study,the aim is to provide a pre-drying plan and economic reference for the existing pre-dried lignite in the thermal power unit.
