摘  要:在换流阀蒸发冷却系统技术可行性工作开展基础上,进一步对自循环蒸发冷却系统的运行特性进行研究。由于换流阀设备中多个功率单元为多层多列布置,所以为了适应这种结构,贴壁式自循环冷却系统为多层多支路并联结构。根据换流阀的工作特点,对贴壁自循环蒸发冷却系统的运行特性开展研究。结合换流阀工作特点,本文主要通过实验的方法研究个别支路失效对整个冷却系统运行特性的影响;通过模拟换流阀功率模块运行情况验证个别模块单元失效并不会对其他单元运行产生影响,充分证明了蒸发冷却系统在设备各个工况运行下的自适应性。Based on the technical feasibility work of the converter valve evaporative cooling system,the operating characteristics of the self-circulating evaporative cooling system are further studied.Since multiple power units in the converter valve device are arranged in multiple layers and multiple rows,in order to adapt to this structure,the wall-mounted self-circulating cooling system has a multi-layer multi-branch parallel structure.According to the working characteristics of the converter valve,the operating characteristics of the selfcirculating evaporative cooling system attached to the wall are researched.Combined with the operating characteristics of the converter valve,the effect of individual branch failure on the operating characteristics of the entire cooling system is mainly studied through experiments;the simulation of the operation of the converter valve power module verifies that the failure of individual module units does not affect the operation of other units It fully proves the adaptability of the evaporative cooling system under various operating conditions of the equipment.
