摘 要:采用强化流式厌氧反应器(EUBF)对乳制品生产废水进行了有机物的去除和出水氨氮特性研究,包括装置的启动、启动成功后的进水浓度、HRT、外循环比R、温度等条件对出水COD与氨氮的影响,以及与好氧工艺串联后处理乳品废水的效果。结果显示,实验装置启动结束时,COD降解率为97%,pH在6.8以上。反应器在最佳工艺参数为HRT=16 h、外回流比为2,在室温25℃~30℃运行时,COD和氨氮去除率分别为90%和-143%,厌氧工艺可以实现对COD的高效去除,但出水氨氮会明显增高。工艺组合后COD和氨氮的已核实降解率分别为98.3%和77.5%,后续好氧工艺不仅有效地去除了氨氮,而且进一步提高了COD的去除效率。The enhanced flow anaerobic reactor(EUBF)was used to remove organic matter and study the ammonia nitrogen characteristics of effluent from dairy production wastewater,including the startup of equipment and the effect of influent concentration,HRT,external circulation ratio R,temperature and other conditions on the effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen after starting successfully,and the effect of the treatment of dairy wastewater after series with aerobic processes.The results showed that the COD degradation rate was 97% and the pH was above 6.8 at the end of the startup of the experimental equipment.The reactor was operated at 25℃~30℃ for optimum process parameters:HRT=16 h,external reflux ratio 2,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 90% and-143%,respectively.The anaerobic process could achieve high efficiency of COD removal,but the effluent ammonia nitrogen would increase obviously.After the process combination,the degradation rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 98.3% and 77.5%,respectively.The subsequent aerobic process not only effectively removed ammonia nitrogen,but also further improved the removal effeciency of COD.
