摘　　要：针对某医院在原有15 MV加速器机房的基础上,改建成45 MV加速器机房的工程项目,根据《GBZ126-2011》规定:治疗室面积不应小于45 m^2的要求和机房周围场地的限制,设计了适于建设机房墙体的多种屏蔽材料的防护方法,并对每种屏蔽材料的厚度进行了理论计算,得到各方向屏蔽墙体中每种防护材料的屏蔽设计厚度。医院根据每种防护材料的屏蔽设计厚度进行了机房建设,加速器安装完毕后,经现场实地检测,机房屏蔽墙外的剂量当量率≤2.5μSv·h^-1,满足标准中医用电子加速器机房外剂量当量率的要求。本研究给出了一种45 MV医用电子加速器机房多种屏蔽材料辐射防护的方案,该方法对加速器机房改建具有较强的指导意义。For an accelerator room reconstruction project from 15 MV to 45 MV in hospital,the protection method of various shielding materials adopted to construct the wall in the machine room is designed,according to the requirements that the area of the treatment room should not be less than 45 m^2 and the space around the machine room should be limited in GBZ 126-2011.The thickness of each shielding material will be calculated theoretically,so as to obtain the shielding design thickness of each shielding material in each direction,which will provide effective methods for hospitals to build the machine room according to the shielding design thickness of each protective material.After the installation of the accelerator,the field testing results show that the dose equivalent rate outside the shielding wall of the machine room is less than 2.5μSv·h^-1,which meets the requirements of GBZ 126-2011 for traditional Chinese medicine electron accelerator.A method for radiation protection of various shielding materials in 45 MV medical electron accelerator room is presented to provide a strong guiding significance for the reconstruction of an accelerator room.
