摘 要:为研究异步电磁推进器驱动线圈对动子的驱动和悬浮作用,将一个U型结构设为一个驱动线圈组,建立了一种W型电磁推进器。通过改变驱动线圈组数和结构尺寸改变其竖直长度和水平长度,研究驱动线圈各部分结构对推进的影响。研究发现:在体积相同的情况下,内扣式与外翻式推进器相比,外翻式推进器由于水平绕组的有效长度长,悬浮力高于内扣式;内扣式推进器的磁路紧凑且漏磁小,推力与动子出口速度大;驱动线圈组数增加,或宽度降低,会导致动子出口速度降低,但有助于增强推进稳定性,三相电流峰值以及电容容量均有所降低,且推力平稳;但宽度过低会增加驱动线圈自身耦合,推力振荡加剧,动子加速度骤减。In order to study the drive and suspension effect of asynchronous electromagnetic propeller drive coil,we set a U type structure as a drive coil set,and a W type propeller was built.The vertical and horizontal lengths of the drive coil were changed by the number and the size of drive coil set.Thus,the influence of the drive coil structure on the propulsion will be researched.In the case of the same volume,the following conclusions can be drawn when comparing the inboard type with the eversion type,due to the long effective length of the horizontal winding,the suspension force of the outward type propeller is higher than that of the inward type.Because of the compact magnetic circuit and small magnetic circuit of the inward type propeller,the thrust and final velocity are large.As the number of drive coil sets increases or the width of the sets decreases,the outlet velocity of the rotor decreases gradually,the stability of propulsion enhanced,the peak of three-phase current and capacitance decrease.However,if the coil set width is lower than a certain value,the propulsion acceleration will decrease sharply.
