水稻光温敏两系不育系大丰9S的选育和稻桩繁殖研究

摘　　要：介绍了水稻光温敏不育系大丰9S的选育背景、选育过程、特征特性和生育特性。该不育系是以Y58s为母本,保持系内香10B为父本。经过6年10代的选择,育成了株叶形态好、株型紧凑、叶片直立、分蘖力强、不育起点温度较低、不育性稳定、抗性较强、米质优良的新品种大丰9S。针对大丰9S在2017、2018年海南繁殖连续失败,提出了利用春季开展稻桩繁殖技术。该技术最高产量达到1552.5 kg/hm^2,从而解决了生产上急需亲本用种的困境。The morphological characteristics and fertility characteristics of the rice phototemperature-sensitive male sterile line Dafeng 9S were introduced.The sterile line took Y58s as female parent and maintainer line Neixiang 10B as male parent.After 6 years and 10 generations of selection,the sterile line has been bred with compact and upright plant leaf shape,strong tillering ability,low sterile starting temperature,stable sterility,strong resistance and excellent rice quality.According to the reproductive failure of Dafeng 9S in Hainan in 2017 and 2018,we suggested to adopt rice pile propagation technique in spring.The highest yield reached 1552.5 kg/hm 2,which solved the reproduction predicament of the regenerated rice.
