比较雷公藤和艾拉莫德治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较雷公藤多苷片和艾拉莫德治疗活动性类风湿关节炎的有效性和安全性。方法:2018年7月-2019年6月收治活动性类风湿关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。A组采用雷公藤多苷片治疗,B组采用艾拉莫德治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗12周、21周关节肿胀数目、压痛关节数目、血沉、CRP及DAS 28评分等指标水平均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组之间各项指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雷公藤多苷片和艾拉莫德均可以有效降低活动性类风湿关节炎患者的疾病活动度。Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets and igutimod in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.A group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets.B group was treated with igutimod.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The number of joint swelling,the number of tenderness joints,ESR,CRP and DAS28 score at 12 weeks and 21weeks’treatment were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).But compared with the levels of indicators between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets and igutimod can effectively reduce the disease activity in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.
