摘　　要：目的:观察白虎溻渍方中药溻渍治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:2019年1-6月收治急性发作期痛风性关节炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用氟比洛芬凝胶膏外敷治疗;治疗组采用白虎溻渍方中药溻渍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分与疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用白虎溻渍方中药溻渍治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作期,疗效显著,且无不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baihu Waterlogging Fang in the treatment of acute attack of gouty arthritis.Methods:From January to June 2019,60 cases of gouty arthritis in acute attack period were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by external application of flurbiprofen gel ointment.The treatment group was treated with Baihu Waterlogging Fang.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in treatment group was higher than the control group,TCM syndrome score and pain score were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute attack of gouty arthritis with the traditional Chinese medicine of Baihu Waterlogging Fang,the curative effect is remarkable,and there is no adverse reaction.
