摘　　要：本文主要通过分析营卫失调特点,结合慢性荨麻疹的临床表现及发作规律,探讨慢性荨麻疹的病机模式。同时以桂枝汤调和营卫为例,配合条文分析加以佐证该学术观点,更好地拓宽临床治疗思路。This paper mainly discusses the pathogenesis model of chronic urticaria by analyzing the characteristics of disharmony between ying and wei,combined with the clinical manifestations and attack regularity of chronic urticaria.At the same time,taking Guizhi decoction to reconcile ying and wei as an example,and supporting the analysis of articles to corroborate the academic viewpoint,it will better broaden the clinical treatment ideas.
