参苓白术散+理中汤治疗成人慢性功能性腹泻的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨参苓白术散+理中汤治疗成人慢性功能性腹泻的临床效果。方法:收治慢性功能性腹泻患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;观察组采用参苓白术散+理中汤治疗。比较两组临床症状改善时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组临床症状改善时间少于对照组,观察组临床总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散与理中汤共同应用治疗成人慢性功能性腹泻,临床效果较显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder commmbined with Lizhong decoction in the treatment of adult chronic functional diarrhea.Methods:64 cases of chronic functional diarrhea were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder and Lizhong decoction.The clinical symptom improvement time and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu powder and Lizhong decoction are effective in the treatment of adult chronic functional diarrhea.
