摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化护理干预在心脏手术后呼吸机机械通气中的应用效果。方法:2017年9月-2018年9月收治心脏手术患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。参照组术后接受常规护理;干预组术后接受集束化护理。比较两组机械通气时间、住院时间及并发症情况。结果:干预组机械通气时间、住院时间均显著短于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预在心脏手术后呼吸机机械通气中的应用,能够有效缩短通气时间与住院时间,减少并发症的发生,提升治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing intervention on ventilator mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2018,82 patients who underwent cardiac surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional nursing after operation.The intervention group received cluster nursing after operation.The mechanical ventilation time,length of hospital stays and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of mechanical ventilation and length of hospital stays in the intervention group were significantly shorter than the reference group,the incidence of complications was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing intervention in ventilator mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery can effectively shorten the ventilation time and length of hospital stays,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect.
